What to expect
A few things worth knowing about how we respond:
- One working day for most enquiries. We aim to reply to every email within 24 hours, working days only. Weekends and bank holidays add a day or two.
- Removal requests are top priority. If you’re asking us to remove a listing, we don’t ask why — we just do it. Usually within a working day, always within three.
- We reply personally. No bots, no canned responses, no support tickets. You’ll hear from a real person.
- Press and partnership enquiries: we’ll get back to you within two working days with a substantive reply, not just an acknowledgement.
